You certainly understand what youre referring to. Man, this website is simply excellent! I cant wait to browse more of what youve got to share. Im actually delighted that I discovered this when I did since I had been truly starting to become tired with the total writing world. Youve turned me around, dude!

When it’s time to head out and meet your friends, simply slide the Switch gaming system out of the dock and take it with you on the go. If you want to take on your buddy in your favourite game, place the Switch on a table top and detach the wireless joycon contollers from each side to start your multiplayer game!

This is the one for all you Pokemon fans out there as it comes with the freshly updated Pokken Tournament DX for the Nintendo Switch. Better yet, you’re getting a themed Pro controller to go with the game in addition to the standard Joy-Cons. There’s a Pokemon poster too as a nice finish. This Nintendo Switch deal is available direct from Nintendo.

Along with Yoshi, Luigi, and Peach, Mario joins forces with the Rabbids (who started life in Rayman and went on to star in their own series) to solve puzzles and and fight enemies in a world that combines elements from both franchises.

The Switch isn’t just home to cutesy exclusives. For those looking for something a bit grittier outside of the Nintendo fold, there’s Bethesda’s classic open-world RPG. You play a prophesized hero tasked with battling a horde of fearsome dragons – – that’s if you don’t get distracted by the endless list of side quests.

No matter the platform, Minecraft still stands tall as one of the best games around. Years of updates, free DLC, and oodles of community feedback has polished it into a deep and infinitely replayable sandbox game that we’ll almost certainly still be playing for years to come. Even better, the Switch version of Minecraft can be played multiplayer cross-platform with many other versions, making it a great bridge between playing on the go and on your couch with friends. – Tom Marks

The bundles that were available when we checked didn’t seem to pack in quite as much bang for the buck. QVC is charging $550 for a package that includes a Switch console, a carrying bag, and “Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.” The game sells for $59 on its own, and the bag appears to be nothing special, so shoppers are probably paying $100 to $150 more than they should overall.

Snipperclips is an adorable puzzle game that focuses on partnership and cooperation, as you and a friend control two papercraft buddies who are trying to arrange themselves in specific shapes or perform certain actions in order to move on to the next screen. You can rotate and tilt them freely into the necessary positions, and even use them to cut each other into different shapes in order to accomplish whatever goals are before you. That might mean perfectly filling an outline on the screen, or snipping one character into a point that they can use to pop a balloon, or even just balancing a basketball or pencil as you carry it from one edge to the other. A lot of co-op games barely require you to acknowledge your partner, but Snipperclips practically forces you to talk through each scenario, like you’re working together on a jigsaw puzzle or at an “escape the room” style event.

This whole Switch launch has made me appreciate more what Apple does for its customers for new product launches. Is Apple nope, but compared to what a lot of Canadians are dealing with on preorders (especially from Best Buy), Apple really knows the important of it’s online/preorder customers.

Extremely practical device. It’s power and versatility make up for the slightly lofty expense. The switch is an entertainment machine through and through which will only become better once more games and content release during its lifespan.

What makes the Switch an even better value than the Wii U and other preceding consoles, however, is the fact that it can double as a portable. This means gamers won’t have to spend extra on a DS device to play games when they’re away from the TV. With the Switch, you’re spending $300 for a stationary and portable console when you’d otherwise have to spend between $80 and $200 for a DS (depending on the model) and $300 for a Wii U bundle. From that perspective, the Switch looks like a bargain.

Lichtspeer takes place in a land rid with monsters, yet you are a champion who can channel the power of the Gods to take on enemies and restore balance to the universe. Grab your speer and restore your kingdom to it’s glory for just $7.

It’s worth noting that the Switch has great ports of I am Setsuna, Lego City Undercover, Human Resource Machine, World of Goo, and more, but we didn’t include them in this list, as we’re opting to spotlight only new games or games with new content. Without further ado, let’s run down the list of the best games on Nintendo Switch.

Also, unlike some other cases, the Hori Tough Pouch strikes a gentle balance between protection and convenience. Because you only put your Switch into it when you’re done playing, it doesn’t change how you grip the console or its Joy-Con controllers.

Super Mario Odyssey was more than worth the wait and is another fine addition to the growing collection of quality Nintendo Switch exclusives. Savings are at a minimum here, but seeing as this game should amongst your most wanted, this bundle is a great place to start.

ThinkGeek has 10 different Switch bundles that you can preorder, starting at around $400. Eight other preorder sets have already sold out. The bundles will become available in late August and early September.

Honorable Mentions: Puyo Puyo Tetris, Fast RMX; Kamiko; Snake Pass; Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment; Blaster Master Zero; World of Goo; Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition; Gonner; Tumbleseed; Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap; Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment; Shantae: Half-Genie Hero; Doom; Skyrim; LA Noire; Xenoblade Chronicles 2; The Sexy Brutale.

A good boss battle can really get the heart pumping. Furi recognises this, and consists of nothing but a series of boss fights connected by cutscenes. Armed with a few basic moves (slashing, shooting, parrying and dashing), your aim is to learn each opponent’s attack pattern and exploit their weaknesses to defeat them. Each boss is wonderfully designed by Afro Samurai creator Takashi Okazaki, and all have different fighting styles, ensuring that what might easily have been a repetitive concept is kept fresh throughout. An extremely difficult but rewarding game.

The Nintendo Switch is finally here and you know what that means; it is time for great games. Over the years, Nintendo has been making sure that your time is well spent with quality, innovative games that try to make you come up with witty solutions as well as enable you to make various discoveries. Nintendo also ensures that its games are handheld meaning you will be able to play anywhere with anyone.

You can always buy a nintendo product knowing its going to be good and quality made. I have no complaints at all about the system itself, there is a bit of a lack of games right now but not for long, theres a ton of amazing games coming out soon for it so im very happy with my switch. Zelda alone was worth the purchase of the system

Mario Rabbids is also just a lovely game to look at – the level design is consistently fantastic and the world and its characters are adorable and colorful. Joining up with Mario lends Ubisoft’s Rabbids a charm they’ve lacked until now while Mario and co benefit from the partnership by gaining a bit more of a silly sense of humor which really benefits the Nintendo image.

  1. Why should you buy it? If you’re looking for something to play after Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you need to consider Ittle Dew 2. It follows the same gameplay format as old school Zelda titles, with a series of dungeons to conquer, puzzles to solve and people to help. But it’s got a beautifully cartoonish art style that makes colours pop from your Switch’s screen. And what’s more, the characters all talk and have brilliantly witty personalities that will have you chuckling all the way to the castle.
If you trade in any Wii U, PS4 or Xbox One, towards a Nintendo Switch, EB Games says the new console will only cost you $249.99, at $150 off. If you can find a used console for cheaper than $150, this may be a deal. Nintendo Switch not sold online from EB Games.
